These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Blue Cave Tours Dubrovnik (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a tour or participating in any of our tours and services, you (“the passenger”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

All bookings can be made through our website at the booking page, by email, by phone, or through authorised third-party platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, or TripAdvisor.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (by email or through the booking platform) and any required deposit or full payment has been processed. Until confirmation is issued, no contract exists between you and Blue Cave Tours Dubrovnik.
If you make a booking on behalf of other passengers, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. You are responsible for ensuring all members of your group are aware of and comply with these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including the number of passengers, any special requirements, and valid contact details. Incorrect information may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
We offer a range of tours and experiences departing from Dubrovnik, including our Blue Cave tour, private tours, group tours, sunset tours, and various boat tour services. Full descriptions, itineraries, and inclusions are listed on each tour page.
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, departure times, or routes at short notice due to weather conditions, sea state, port authority instructions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such modifications do not entitle passengers to a refund unless the tour is cancelled entirely.
All prices displayed on our website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payments made through third-party platforms are subject to the payment terms of those platforms.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated for a specific tour or service. For private tours and yacht charters, a deposit may be required at the time of booking with the balance due before the tour date, as specified in your booking confirmation.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour at our discretion. If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
All tours operate subject to weather and sea conditions. The safety of our passengers and crew is our absolute priority.
If we determine that conditions are unsafe for departure — including but not limited to strong winds, high waves, storms, or poor visibility — we will cancel the tour and offer you:
If conditions are generally safe for sailing but prevent access to specific destinations (such as the Blue Cave entrance), we may modify the itinerary to visit alternative locations. Modified itineraries due to weather do not qualify for a refund, as the tour still operates and provides a comparable experience.
The decision to depart, cancel, or modify an itinerary rests solely with the skipper and Blue Cave Tours Dubrovnik. This decision is final and not subject to dispute.
We are committed to providing a safe experience on all our tours. All vessels are regularly inspected, maintained, and fully insured in accordance with Croatian maritime law. Our skippers and crew hold all required licences and certifications. Safety equipment — including life jackets, first-aid kits, and communication devices — is carried on every tour.

We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger from a tour without refund if, in the skipper’s judgement, the passenger’s behaviour or condition poses a safety risk.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times during the tour. We do not accept unaccompanied minors on any tour.
Our tours involve travel by speedboat on open water, which may include exposure to sun, wind, spray, and wave motion. Passengers should be in reasonable health and physical condition. If you have a pre-existing medical condition — including heart conditions, back or neck problems, pregnancy, or conditions affected by motion — you must consult your doctor before booking and inform us at the time of reservation.

Some tours involve boarding small boats, climbing ladders, or swimming. If you have mobility limitations, please contact us before booking so we can advise whether the tour is suitable and make any reasonable adjustments.
Blue Cave Tours Dubrovnik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your booking or participation in a tour, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or travel costs incurred.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: adverse weather, natural disasters, government actions, port closures, strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest.
Where we arrange third-party services (including transport to meeting points, restaurant reservations, or accommodation), we act as an intermediary. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific tour or service.
Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during any tour.
Our crew may take photographs and video during tours for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating in a tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such images on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the skipper or crew at the start of the tour, and we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from promotional media.

All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, tour descriptions, and destination guides — is the property of Blue Cave Tours Dubrovnik or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
We welcome guest feedback and reviews. You can share your experience on our reviews page or on third-party platforms. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share your review on our website and marketing materials.
Reviews must be truthful, based on genuine experience, and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your booking shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
For consumers resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
